TracFone Promotional Codes – July, 2010

Sorry I didn’t get this post published sooner, but I updated the list of codes last week, and there were a bunch of changes. Click here to view the current TracFone Promotional Code list.

A lot of codes have expired in the past month, and I also added a bunch of new codes. Here are the newest additions:

  • 78725 for 30 bonus minutes on a 60 Min card
  • 51283 for 60 Min bonus on a 120 min card
  • 97202 for 40 Min bonus on a 120 Min card
  • 19453 for 30 Min bonus on a 120 min card
  • 32366 for 30 Min bonus on a 120 min card
  • 13455 for 60 Min bonus on a 200 min card
  • 44618 for 20 Min bonus on a 200 min card
  • 49803 for 200 Min bonus on a 450 min card
  • 33261 for 50 min bonus on a 450 min card
  • 72442 for 250 Min bonus on a 400 min card

I’ve added these promotional codes to the database, in bold as usual with new additions. In particular, the 200 minute bonus code on a 450 minute card seems like a great deal in this batch.

I hope to return to a more regular posting schedule beginning next week, and I’ve still got a few phones to review (the LG 420g is coming up next). Once again, thanks for your patience!

  1. Does tracfone work in Australia. My daughter will be traveling there in Jan and i would like to know if there are any prepaid plans that would work both way. Theresa

  2. Wow, thanks for the promo codes! I will definitely be using these next time I buy minutes. How are you liking your phone? I have a few friends who have it and I get mixed reviews (more good than bad though). I am really liking the phone. It is cheap, it is pretty good quality, and it is helping me save money on my phone bill. Now, I will be saving A LOT more and having more talk time! I re-up next week so I will make sure to come back and follow up on how the codes worked out for me.

  3. I love what you do for the Tracfone Users. Do you know of anyone doing the same for MetroPCS Users? Thanks for all you do.

    Steve S.

    • Hi Steve
Thanks for the kind words! I don’t really follow MetroPCS stuff much at all, since they don’t have very good coverage in my area. So unfortunately I can’t help you with that.

  4. Glad you are back! I read on the Best Buy website that a comment from former TracFone user said Net10 phones will accept TracFone prepaid cards, is that correct? Thanks

    • Hi Bud
I’ve never heard of that working, and technically it should not. the only way I can imagine it working is if you got a really confused CS rep on the phone and convinced them to add minutes to your phone through some system override. But the Net10 system is designed to work only with Net10 cards.

  5. Hi,

I was wondering if you have tried out the LG420G yet, I saw that you have yet to review it. I am getting a TracFone and need to decide between LG600G and the LG420G. I saw your favorable review of the LG600G and am leaning towards getting it. Do you have any insight as to the key differences between the two phones or an opinion as to which is better?

Thanks for all your reviews and any help.

    • Hi John
I’m just now getting to my review of the 420g, but so far I can’t see a significant advantage over the old 600g, especially when they are available for about the same price, and ESPECIALLY if you are looking at a 420g that doesn’t have DMFL. I should be posting the review of the 420g this week sometime, if you can hang on and wait that long before you decide.
